Return Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
Eligibility Requirements
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Products failing quality checks may be rejected.
Return Pickup
Pickup will be arranged based on availability of courier service in the customer’s area. Items must be handed over in proper condition.
Refund Process
After the product passes the quality check, refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days. Refund time varies depending on the payment method and bank policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Items such as innerwear, personal hygiene products, cosmetics, or products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return. Clearance sale items may also be ineligible.
Wrong/Damaged Product
If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must report it within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof. A replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
