At Tailor Mart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligible Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only to unused, unworn, and unwashed products with all tags intact.
- Custom-tailored items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrectly processed.
- To request a refund, please email us at tailormart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- Initiate Request
Send an email to tailormart@gmail.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return. - Approval & Pickup
Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request that you send the item to our address. - Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes may only be eligible for store credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
